Accounting And Finance Manager

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is currently recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company. Our esteemed client is seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager who possesses a high level of proficiency in finance and accounting. This role is onsite and will report directly to the President and Vice President. Tasks and Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements along with analysis and reports. Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable, daily requests for payment, and costing transactions. Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with company targets. Monitor and evaluate the performance of direct reports. Participate in internal audits of financial statements. Manage month-end and year-end closing of books.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting within a manufacturing setting. Expertise in local tax laws and their application. Thorough knowledge of business regulations and mandates. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with knowledge of computerized accounting systems being an advantage. Must be thorough and accurate, with strong analytical skills, self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision and dedicated individual.
