Accounting And Finance Assistant

Qualifications/ Preference:Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Finance or Accounting assistant or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years working knowledge in processing invoices, accounts payable, general finance and accounting procedures
Must have experience in any accounting system or preferably SAP
Must have background on intercompany process or general accounting knowledge.
Have good stakeholder management skills.
Strong organization and communication skills. Strong command of the English language
Strong coordination, analytical and problem solving skills
Open to work in BGC, Taguig
Open to work on a MidShift
Can start ASAP
Open to work on a project based employment subject to extension
Scope:Support IC accountant of day to day deliverables for Intercompany
Perform accurate clearing of bank payments and match with AP invoices
Perform accurate posting of IC transactions
Support in preparation of IC reports
Support in necessary document preparations
Other recurring IC transactions
