Accountant (Zamboanga City)

Prepare and analyze Financial documents and reports.
File and submit BIR Returns (VAT, W/holding Taxes, ITR).
Assist Audit Department with documents needed during their conduct of audit.
Process Business Permits and Real Property Taxes.
Responsible for verification and confirmation of Sales Contracts and ensure that complete documents were attached before Sales Contract approval.
Checking of Cheque Payment Vouchers and ensure completeness of documents before preparation of cheque for payments to suppliers.
In-charge with receiving cash and cheque collections from clients and preparing deposit slips.
Lead in the conduction of Inventory Count and identify discrepancies between actual and book amounts of inventory.
Monitor inventories of Forms such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Collection Receipts, and other pertinent documents.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree inACCOUNTANCY.
Must be aCERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT.
No work experience required. Training will be provided.
