Accountant (Treasury)

Must be a graduate of an Accounting Course
Preferably has at least two (2) years of work experience in Finance – Treasury or Accounting
Must have specific knowledge on financial record keeping, computer literacy and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP) which are and/or may be gained through trainings and experience inside or outside the company
Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: patient, trustworthy, responsible, keen to details, can work under pressure; and has good communication skills in English.
Manage the company funds such as collections, disbursements
Monitor of investment and foreign exchange yields
Trade reinvestment placements and foreign exchange conversion
Prepare Forecast and Budget / Cash flow, Daily Cash Position Report , Local & Hongkong Accounts
Coordinate with Receivable Accountant on remittances issues
Disburse of Funds such as Petty Cash Fund (PCF) and Revolving Fund (RF) and preparation of its replenishment
Prepare of Check Vouchers & Release of checks and encoding of encoding of supplier’s Official Receipts (OR) on the Oracle system
Initiate indent payment via online and advising foreign suppliers thru email
Generate Aged Payable Reports
Coordinate with Payable Accountant and Purchasing regarding payment issues
Update of month-end closing activities (such as JVs for cash transactions, loans)
Reconcile and analyze related cash accounts
Perform other tasks assigned by immediate superior
