Details of the offer

a) Cheque preparations upon approval of Finance Officer b) Answer calls from suppliers regarding status of collections and release of cheques
c) Prepare deposit slips upon approval of Finance Officer and proper endorsement of cheques/cash for deposit to finance messenger
d) Posting of daily collections and disbursements of Digipress
e) Monitoring of Post Dated Cheques issued to suppliers
f) Follow-up through phone collections of Digipress & Solidworks
g) Releasing of cheques upon approval of Finance Officer
h) Assist the Finance Officer in various tasks that may be assigned from time to time
