Duties and ResponsibilitiesHas significant work experience as General Accountant (fresh graduate are also encourage to apply)Has computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software(any knowledge on Quickbooks, Smartbooks, Xero, SAP) and databaseExamining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entriesExamining expenses submitted by employeesKeeping an aye on incoming payments from, accounts receivable and outgoing payments from payableCreating company financial reports with the above information includedAnalyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company's financial healthExamining the proficiency of the software programs used to organize dataGenerating financial reports that display the company's profits, equity and cash flowExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility o work with less supervisionA Bachelors Degree in the following is particularly favoured:Accounting (CPA is an advantage but not required)Financial ManagementFresh graduate is welcome to applyWith experience as an accounting staff
