Accountant

Accountant is responsible to:- Prepares check vouchers and related check issuance.- Records financial transactions in books of accounts.- Prepares financial statements- Manage bank transactions.- Prepares collection report.- Follow up on the Collection of Rental Payments from tenants.- Generates Statement of Accounts.- Prepares Monthly AR Report- Computes taxes and files tax returns- Pay taxes in a timely manner- Files tax and statutory compliance-related documents- Register books of accounts- Request, safe keep, and issue BIR Registered formsJob Qualifications:- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Business related course- Knowledgeable in accounting principles & taxation,- Experience in the preparation of financial statements under a computerized accounting set-up, and bookkeeping process.- Advanced skill level in using Microsoft Excel application- Above average oral and written communication skills- Good comprehension and analytical skills- Excellent numerical skills- Proactive, flexible, resource and results-oriented- Can work under pressure and able to remain positive in a stressful environment.- Willing to work in Magallanes, Makati City.
