Accountant Iii

* CPA is required.
• Preparation, filing and payment to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), for quarterly and annual Income Tax Returns (ITR) of the 3 AIG Shared Services entities in the Philippines. Coordinate closely with EY Phils Tax Team on the preparation and calculation of the quarterly/annual corporate income taxes
• Review and submission of the monthly and quarterly withholding tax filing and payment for Compensation Tax/Final Tax/Fringe Benefits Tax/Value Added Tax
• Prepare/Review non-tax reports to the BIR such as annual Alphalist and registration of computerized books of accounts
• Timely preparation of reconciliation reports that are required to be submitted to the BIR examiners in the event of tax audits.
• Coordinates with EY Phils. on Expats' compensation tax calculation and filing.
• Preparation of the monthly/annual financial reporting requirements to PEZA, SEC, BOI and BSP, and ensure timely submission of reports.
• FS close deliverables - ensures that entries related to local corporate tax, treasury, payroll entries and compensation taxes are posted accurately and timely.
• Handles the treasury functions of the 3 AIGSS entities, including the preparation of cash flows, handling the funding requirements, doing payment run approvals, and coordination with bank contacts.
