Place of Assignment:?Regional Depots- Tuguegarao, Pampanga, Legazpi, Cebu, Koronadal, and Butuan

Salary: SG 16 | Php. 35,106.00
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviewing and signing DVs/payrolls including purchase refund;
Preparing Statement of Disbursements (to be submitted to the Regional Resident COA Auditor for verification) and Bank Reconciliation Statement to support replenishment of the Working Fund;
Submitting supporting documents of the reports to the Regional Resident Auditor for post-audit;?
Assisting in the physical count of the Items for Sale;
Coordinating with the COA Auditor in the review of depot transactions;
Preparing the annual budget of the depot;
Preparing Report of Disbursements and Statement of Taxes Withheld to support replenishment of Working Fund;
Maintaining Regional Depot Book of Accounts;
Maintaining client agencies Subsidiary Ledger;
Maintaining ledger to summarize the financial transactions of the depots; and
Undertaking other functions as may be assigned by the Depot Supervisor
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant;
With at least 1 year of relevant experience;
With at least 4 hours of professional training;
Preferably with experience in maintaining book of accounts and subsidiary ledger and bank reconciliation
Willing to work at the above-stated areas
