Apply Now Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primarily responsible for analyzing and preparing financial reports to determine and maintain a record of assets and liabilities, profits and loss, tax liability and other financial activities of the Company. The Accountant is also primarily in-charge of liaising with regulatory bodies in relation to regulatory financial reports submitted.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervising staff and providing ongoing guidance in the preparation of financial reports Monitors and supports taxation requirements Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and ensure accurate financial statements Maintains financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures Establishes and monitors the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures Reviewing and posting accounts receivable, deposits, cash receipts and journals Reconciliation of accounts receivable subsidiary ledger to general ledger Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income accounts Reconciliation of accounts between accounting system and Control Accounts Monitoring Prepare monthly journal entries and adjusting entries as needed Official receipt monitoring, including whether checking of output VAT, CVAT, CWT and Deferred Output Tax is statutorily compliant Reconciliation of rental deposit payable subsidiary ledger, deferred revenue subsidiary ledger, reservation fee subsidiary Bank reconciliation Cooperate with HR Officer to review semi-monthly/bi-weekly payroll, make required corrections or adjustments Maintain and reconcile all payroll liability accounts, employee deductions, benefits and tax accounts and payroll related line item expenses Coordinate and assist external tax consultants and advisers Ensures integrity of financial data Report to Management financial analysis and financial position at any given time Additional Information Career Level 1-4 Years Experienced Employee Qualification Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) Years of Experience 2 years Job Type Full-Time Job Specializations Accounting/Finance , General/Cost Accounting Company Overview OUR BUSINESS
