Accountant Assistant

POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANTJOB DESCRIPTION:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Recording/posting of transactions in the Sales Book and Cash Receipts Book2.Preparation of bank reconciliation and preparation of adjustments3.Preparation and recording of Journal Vouchers for expense liquidations and other adjustments4.Assist in the preparation of subsidiary ledgers, lapsing schedule, variance report analysis, and other reports that may be required5.Assist in check preparation, invoicing, follow-up of collection and in other accounting and admin tasks as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course•Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience working in a position in Accounting•Possesses good organizational skills, attention to details, analytical thinking and good communication in both oral and written
