Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:The Account Support Representative at Solaire Resort & Casino is a full-time remote position based in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in account support or customer service.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional account support to clients, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure seamless communication.- Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.- Regularly review and update client account information.- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.- Resilient and reliable personality traits.- Project management and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
