Job Description:

Penshoppe is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Support Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the fashion industry. The Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with account-related issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate account management activities and ensure smooth operations.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.5. Provide product information and recommendations to clients to facilitate their shopping experience.6. Work closely with the logistics team to track and monitor orders, ensuring timely delivery to clients.7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Adaptable and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.4. Critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions.5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate product information to clients.6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
