Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Account Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related fields.

Responsibilities:1. Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and document management.2. Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and other accounting documents.3. Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any account-related issues.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.6. Assist in conducting research and analysis as needed.7. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Decision-making skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
