Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability and commitment to spend your day on the phone with partners and end-user customers to deliver a suite of products and services achieving on-time training deliverables. Processing schedule requests, facilitating payments and logistics to ensure a superior customer experience. Ability to work with resources across the organization and in other countries to facilitate customer events. A passion for learning and representing products and services that will make a positive impact on the clients you interact with. Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, working with proven KPIs to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Experience utilizing a sales and CRM database, such as Salesforce, Networking with social media, such as LinkedIn. Ability to leverage our extensive database of clients to win new business and expand an existing business by maintaining close client relationships! Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas based on metrics. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce and equivalent At least 2 years BPO experience in sales and logistics preferably in the technology/IT industry. IT and inside sales experience is a plus Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods Outstanding written and oral communication skills Superior business and negotiation skills Extensive industry contracts Ability and willingness to travel Willing to work at night
