Responsible for achieving sales targets (Weekly, Monthly, Annually). Generate Sales Leads (loan application)Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referral, and listings. Retain more active agentsConduct Sales Calls and presentations/OrientationsDrives effort and initiates LC Generation ActivitiesFiling of loan application and encoding sales data in the system for proper monitoringCompile and analyze credit information gathered by investigation.
