This role acts as a key individual contributor in our client's renewals org, which consistently delivers market leading retention rates. This role will be focused on the closed loop process of the subscription renewal. This individual will quote, revise, report and close renewal opportunities, acting as a strategic partner to Sales, CSO, Finance, etc.
The Account Manager position will open the door to opportunities in SaaS sales and services. Through our comprehensive training program, coaching, and team collaboration, you will learn business processes, negotiation skills, how to manage a book of business, and more. Additionally, this role will provide visibility and experience into process improvement and strategic projects. You will be working with cross-functional groups daily, giving you insight into the many departments of the business. This role will be a launching pad for your career in tech!
On any given day, you?ll be doing one or all of these things:
Manage your renewal pipeline in Salesforce.
Strategize and negotiate price increases and multi-year deals.
Quote and create order forms for subscription renewals.
Run save plays on cancellation requests in an effort to retain revenue.
Close out opportunities by cross-checking paperwork and data to ensure accuracy.
Propose and build processes that will aid in the automation of renewal workflow.
Act as liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, Billing, Customer Success and Customers.
A strong candidate for this role looks like this:
Light SFDC experience? (Logging activity, logging notes, familiarity with Leads, Contacts, and Opportunities, etc.)
High volume customer facing experience (For example: Recruiting, SDR, etc.)
High volume sales email/phone experience
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Candidates must be willing to work on shifting schedules in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City.
