Account Executives

Performs day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure completeness of supporting documents related to billing from VendorsPrepares Government documents and monthly paymentsEnsures completeness and genuineness of all required supporting attachments and supplementary documentations – PO, Billing Invoices, Contracts and other mandatory documentsMonitoring of accounts payable and receivable activities such as countering, encoding of Invoice, Billings, sales and collectionIn-charge of Payroll computation and submissionIn-charge of all Accounting & Office Files & Documents Performs other tasks and related functions that may be assigned by immediate head and management.A minimum of 1 year working experience in Accounting related areaCandidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy Detailed oriented and fast learning capabilityAble to work independent with minimal supervisionDynamic, positive and a good team playerGood computer skills requiredRelevant exposure in Tourism/OTA environment will have an added advantage.Must have knowledge with Government benefits & requirements(SSS/PHIC/Pag-Ibig/Withholding Tax) and processing of renewal of Business PermitWith an experience of Admin worksFamiliar with QB Accounting software Hardworking and willing to learn
