Account Executive (Mutual Funds)

1. Maintains regular contact and coordinates with existing clients and staff to solicit referrals / prospects for mutual funds.
2. Conducts one-on-one session with the client to surface their needs and requirements, offers products and close the sale.
3. Assist in accomplishing of application forms and other required paperwork.
4. Provides after-sales service to existing accounts and individual clients.
5. Prepares the required reports on activity and sales production.
6. Adheres to all policies, procedures and business ethics codes of the company.
7. Attends team and Asset Management huddles and meetings.
8. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
