JOB DETAILS :Company Profile: Specializes in software development and produces multimedia products, home appliances, display devices, and electronic parts.Position: Trainer EngineerSalary: Php 30,000 – Php 45,000Industry: Electronic CompanyLocation: Pasig CitySchedule: Dayshift | Regular ScheduleResponsibilities:Develop comprehensive training materials and modules for Air conditioning products, covering technical specifications, installation, service and maintenance proceduresConduct engaging and informative training sessions for internal members, contractors, developers, and consultants.Collaborate with Headquarters Engineering team to stay updated on new features and technologies.Provide Technical Support to Sales Team and Customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a deep understanding of Air Conditioning productsContinuously assess training effectiveness, making adjustments to improved learning outcome.Manage the training facility, making sure that all equipment and tools are in good condition.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or TESDA Graduate with prior experience to conduct training.With or without license for Mechanical Engineering or TESDA NCII CertificationProven experience in training, preferably in HVAC or Air-Conditioning IndustryStrong Understanding of air-conditioner products and basic conceptsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to tailor contents for various audiences, including technical and non-technical individualsWillingness to travel for training sessions and workshops.Recruitment Process:Initial interview - HR2nd Interview - Hiring Manager3rd Interview - Department Head4th Interview - Korean Head (Optional)This is for DIRECT HIRING
