**Scope of work**:This job requires an employee to be able to perform all functions necessary to utilize market knowledge and activity to develop and maintain accounts through outside sales activity. The position's daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:- Work together with the CEO and independently to research new business opportunities with target clients in healthcare and other industries for large-scale human development solutions.- Identify companies/decision makers for training and coaching packages and workshops to smaller/medium and large companies to recommend.- Help develop profiles of our target clients and create compelling offers.- Develop materials, presentations and proposals as needed.- Take ownership of managing Active Campaign ensuring that leads are identified and in the correct phase of the sales funnel.- Collaborate with DCC facilitators and colleagues to identify new work with existing and new clients.- Increase customer base and add to existing customer profitability.- Research companies within our verticals and identify key players within HR, Development and Training or others that have the responsibility to oversee development and training.- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.- Create sales scripts and sales materials.- Develop a sales team including lead generation and sales follow up.- With the CEO and Marketing Manager build on this work and develop a future five- year sales strategy.- Position may require additional duties related to this position but not listed and assigned by the VP of Business Development as needed.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:- 5-10 years' experience in B2B sales.- Must have excellent presentation skills to C-Level clients, HR and Leadership Development leaders.- Exceptional communication and customer service skills; both in writing skills, writing reports, proposals, and presentations.- Outstanding problem-solving ability.- 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferable MBA, but not required.- Exceptional sales and business development skills in finding leads, converting leads into sales, building relationships and build the case for purchase, and closing.- Skilled with Microsoft Office - (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).- Required to have in-depth knowledge/expertise and ability to work with ActiveCampaign or other CRM's such as HubSpot.- Ideally someone familiar with selling to HR, Talent Management, Leadership, Training and Coaching solutions, packages, and workshops.- Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred, in addition to knowledge of other industries such as financial services, tech, professional services, entertainment will be useful.- Ability to hit the ground running without in-depth training and coaching within 180 days.- Has interest and knowledge of spirituality, conscious business, personal empowerment, and business transformation.- Able to work under pressure, be flexible, and positive in a rapidly growing company**Salary**: From Php50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- Night shift**Education**:- Master's (required)**Experience**:- B2B sales: 5 years (required)- CRM software: 1 year (required)
