30-Digital Project Manager

**DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER****Salary: Php 65,000****Working Schedule: Mondays to Fridays- 9:00PM-5:00AM PHT****RESPONSIBILITIES**** Kickoff calls with the client**** Timeline**- Understand the expected timeline discussed during the sales process and create a project plan in accordance with the timeline.** Management**- Manage the design team, development team, and launch team. -Ensure their availability to reach milestones throughout the project. -Manage the client-side deliverables. -Keep all stakeholders informed and on track (internal and external). -Communicate directly with the client informing them of project updates and task status (remind them of tasks they are responsible for in order to hit milestones). -Keep the project on schedule and on budget.** Quality Control (QC) / FInishing / Training**- Perform QC ahead of presentation to the client. - Obtain sign-off from the client. - Schedule the site to go-live. - Train the client after the project has been completed following the launch.** Down The Road**- Ability to scope projects. - Create Statements of Work. - Work with the Sales Team to create options for a project.**QUALIFICATIONS****Must Have**:- Exceptional English - (Verbal and Written). This is a client facing role, must be comfortable interacting with clients.- 2-4 years of experience as a project manager in the website space.- A basic understanding of HTML & CSS.- 1-2 years of experience with building both WordPress and Shopify websites.- 1-2 years of management experience- A wizard at organizing- Ability to manage 4-8 projects at any given time- An understanding of current trends in website design and development- Best practices for improving lead generationor you may click the link to directly apply:**Salary**: Php65,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
