3 New Shirt Designers/Illustrators

Job Overview
Hello,
we are a T-shirt Brand based in europe, who have been in the t-shirt business for more than 5 years now.
As we are expanding we are looking for 3 new employees to join our creative team.
WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
-Full Time Designer ?(30-40 hours / week)? for a long business relationship
-You do your own designs and you start them by sketch with a Pen!
(This means you can draw) :-)
-Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
-Knowledge in Trademark (Trademark violations are absolutely not allowed)
-Google Drive (for the workspace)
- Responsibility
-Good English Communication
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:
-Fixed Monthly Salary + Bonuses (Depending on the work done)
(Individual salary depending on YOU) for example monthly salary
can go from $400-1000 depending on the work
- Long business relationship (at least 1 year or 2)
- Learning from one of the leading worldwide t-shirt sellers
-Easy communication via skype, FB Messenger, Google Drive
ONLY THE 3 BEST WILL WIN:
As a business we only want the best designers, so will will do a little competition for this job.
If you made it to the next round we will sent you 3 links or ideas of t-shirts, you will have to
create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (a deadline will be set).
The 3 best designers that are entering this job competition are going to get the job and will
be working for us! :-)
