Background:
We are looking for a skilled 3D Generalist to work for our client. You must prioritize workflows and identifying the right order in which to complete tasks when you work as a generalist you'll often have several simultaneous items that need your attention and it will be up to you to get everything done on time.

Responsibilities:
Concept creation if necessary;
Search for images and references for projects;
Collect, list and classify the references necessary for modeling;
Perform digital modeling according to the concept developed or the selected references;
Create and edit UVs for objects;
Create photo realistic materials, lighting, and rendered images for various uses including marketing and advertisements.
Prepare and provide the various elements to the compositing team;
Start rendering and check the quality of the rendered images;
Identify, analyze, resolve and document the problems encountered;
Reviewing 3D models and recommending improvements.
Work with the marketing manager and lead artists to determine the best technical and creative approaches;
Accomplish the requested work within the prescribed deadlines while respecting the high quality standards of the company;
Be able to structure and organize your work while respecting an established visual effects production pipeline.
Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a general CG artist in a visual effects studio;
Excellent knowledge of the following software: Maya, Arnold, Blender and Photoshop; Knowledge of Unity, ZBrush, Adobe Dimensions, Substance and After Effects are an asset;
A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.
Very good knowledge of English both oral and written;
Autonomy and sense of initiative, ability to communicate easily and work in a team;
Be a good communicator and be open to comments and suggestions from colleagues and superiors.
