Job Description:Machine Ventures is seeking a passionate and resilient Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent persuasion and people management skills, as well as a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide support and assistance- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
