Warehouse Supervisor

The duties and responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor are as follows:- Ensures that right SKU mix and right stocking levels thru timely replenishment.- Placement of confirmed and supplemental orders.- Coordinates with Finance Manager in conducting periodic inventory count following the standard procedures and correct usage of forms.- Ensures that the right warehouse operational systems and procedures are followed.- Ensures that warehouse storage capacity covers the current business needs with appropriate expansion area in anticipation of future sales growth.- Continuously applies Good Warehousing Practice, enforces safety and security measures, & maintains cleanliness in the warehouse premises at all times- Regularly reviews logístical requirements and provides recommendations to the Operations Manager to achieve operational efficiencies- Ensures that customer's orders are delivered on time and with the right quantity based on the standards set- Formal appraisal and assessment of team thru regular performance review**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Discounted lunch- Employee discount- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear face masks and all employees are vaccinated.Application Question(s):- Are you willing to be assigned on Lagundi, Mexico?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse management system: 1 year (preferred)
