Warehouse Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:- Assists the Warehouse Manager in managing warehouse operations such as dispatching, receiving, storage, and inventory assurance (data control)- Accountable for inventory controls, returns, product damage and inventory balances- Assures coordination of inventory transfers and physical inventories- Identify and install best practices for better warehouse management- Perform other job related duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- Graduate of Supply Chain Management or Logistlics Operation Background, Engineering Background- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management in the consumer goods industry; distribution experience is an advantage- Requires strong and excellent health condition- Must be willing to work on extended hours as needed- Must be able to work effectively even under pressure and stress- Excellent written & oral communication.- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking- Advanced Computer Skills- Good People Handling Skills, Leadership & Management Skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse management system: 5 years (preferred)- SAP Supply Chain Management: 5 years (preferred)- Warehouse Inventory: 5 years (preferred)
