Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Qualification**:- College graduate- Keen into details- Have at least 3 years' experience as warehouse supervisor, Handling telco products is a plus- Have experience / knowledge on any WMS system- Ability to train, supervise and evaluate personnel- Have knowledge in handling inventory- Proficient in MS Office Suite- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing- Can do multi-task- Have problem solving skill- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data- Ability to plan and schedule work- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- Good time management skills- **Must willing to work in Budbud Bunawan Davao City.****Brief Description of the job**- Oversee the day-to-day activity of personnel- Ensure that all MHE is in good working conditions- Responsible for the security of the warehouse- Responsible for the safety of their staff- Make suggestions for the productivity improvement- Determine and track warehouse KPIs- Ensure that facilities and equipment's were properly maintained- Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse personnel- Track all expenses, make sure that it in accordance with the given budge- Ensure that all activities will be finished in the agreed timelines- Communicate and collaborate with other team members- Constantly work to improve process- Ensure to track the inventory level at 100%- Responsible in ensuring that all warehouse personnel were compliant in the health and safety according to company policy.- Responsible in ensuring that all warehouse personnel follow the 5'S and Good Warehousing Practices in the warehouse.- Open and suggest process improvement with proper coordination to warehouse operation manager ensure alignment with all standards.- Promote open communication and coordinate any warehouse concerns to warehouse operation manager.- Performs other task as per instruction by superior**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All employees, clients and applicants are advise to wear facemask and observe health protocols while inside the premisesAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
