Warehouse Supervisor - Davao

Job Description:
Handles inquiries of clients regarding the warehouse and any other related issues. Responsible for all inbound/outbound monitoring shipment. Provide timely report of jobs to clients. Coordinate with clients, counterparts and operations for the scope of work required for each transaction. Monitor and provide status of shipments to the clients. Handle customer complaints and provides proactive feedback to customers. Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Admin, Business Admin, Logistics / Transportation or equivalent. Having work experience in Logistics and Forwarding business is an advantage. Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications. Fast learner on various data and referential software. Willing to work under pressure. Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Amendable to work in Davao area.
