Warehouse Route Planner

Create, Plan, Analyze and/or update the consolidated planned orders (Wave Plan) for effective outbound order execution- Attempts to maximize delivery consolidation- Ensures tasks are correctly processed on the system- Ensures communication between Warehouse Planners, Coordinators (Warehouse and Transport) Pickers and Replenishers if necessary- Plans to ensure various on-counter dates are met for the respective orders/customers- Ensures daily wave plans are allocated and tasks are carried out to warehouse operations- Troubleshoots orders that fail in the system- Produce and maintain reports such as wave tracking throughout wave, cancellation rates, etc. as required- Process standard daily reports such as backlog / order pool report, RUD's etc.- Research and resolve any issues that are arise during waving including inventory discrepancies, wrong ship method, invalid order type, etc.- Systematically coordinate with outbound department**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryCOVID-19 considerations:Wearing of masks at all times and encourages vaccination**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse Planner: 5 years (preferred)- SAP: 3 years (preferred)- WMS: 3 years (preferred)- Warehouse Inventory: 3 years (preferred)- Outbound: 5 years (preferred)
