Warehouse Officer

SCOPE:Responsible in planning, organizing, monitoring, leading and directing the warehouse and logistics department’s tasks that enables to attain the safety, effective,and proper work execution of all departments’ scopes and personnel.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Warehouse1. Supervises and monitors all tasks of warehouse personnel.2. Responsible in managing the proper receiving, storing and releasing activities to ensure on time delivery.3. Manages inventory processes to ensure availability of materials and to achieve organization’s lead time goals.4. Ensures the physical situation of all warehouses (main and sub structure) are safe.5. Ensures that all warehouse personnel are performing the proper and safety warehousing practices (like racking, safety segregation of FA and consumables, pelleting, material loading system, etc.) that avoid discrepancies and damages.6. Responsible in supervising the scopes of Warehouse encoder (MTO tracking, database inputting, proper documentation, etc.)Logistics1. Supervises and monitors all tasks of Logistics Workers2. Responsible in monitoring all drivers’ task and deliveries every day3. Monitors the effective transportation routes, truck ban schedules, and suppliers’ locations for an efficient scheduling4. Responsible in overseeing the security of all materials, tools and equipment loaded in all vehicles owned by D’New Hard Builders and Dev’t. Corporation5. Responsible on the maintenance of the all Main Office equipment and its surroundings6. Monitors all preempted and periodic maintenance schedules of all vehicles, trucks, and equipment are being performed properly.Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: Php21,000.00 to Php26,000.00 /monthExperience:
