**_Issuance, Receiving, and Coordination of CM Requirements_**- Receive and issue all materials into and out of the warehouse with appropriate documentation in a timely and prompt manner.- Perform quality and quantity checking of received materials against the PO.- Accurately update the inventory spreadsheets after every transaction.- Coordinate with Project Manager/Engineer for Material Request.- Perform/Oversee checking of critical items for reordering.- **Storage and Inventory Management**_- Supervise and monitor the inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciliation.- Ensure the safety and monitory maintenance of warehouse materials.- Daily Update on Materials Inventory Status (Critical and Out of Stocks) with Purchasing and Construction departments- Coordination and reconciliation with other Warehouse Associates for Inter-Warehouse Transfer of Stocks.- Provides accurate and timely Inventory Count and Reconciliation.**_Reporting and Documentation_**- Consolidate all the necessary information and documents for all daily transactions.- Ensure that all the original copies of forms and other important documents are kept.- Maintains proper filing and safekeeping of all documents in accordance with the Audit guidelines and procedures.**_Company Profile_**Ovialand, Inc.
