Warehouse Assistant

Job Description:
Receives and process orders from website, stores and wholesale. Leads in packing/preparation of all orders/tasks received for the day. Ensures accuracy of items (quantity and quality) packed/prepared for delivery and store distribution. Oversees the delivery to ensure the orders arrived as scheduled. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Maintains inventory records and tracking system. Coordinates shelf replenishment and transfers for better stock arrangement, and better picking rate. Determines appropriate places for storage. Rotates stock as needed. Encodes and updates pricelist of the products and ensures its accuracy. Assists in receiving, unloading of products during container arrival. Develops and shares improved methods of material handling, stock control, packaging and labor distribution to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Other duties that may arise from time to time as may be assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4 year course. With at least 1-2 years related working experience. Must be knowledgeable in Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management, Logistics/Supply Chain. Detail-oriented and with very good follow-up skills. Can work under pressure. Can work independently. Resourceful and capable of multi-tasking. Team player and flexible to adapt new ideas and procedures. Honest and dedicated.
