Perform receiving, counting, recording, storing, tagging and monitoring of stock items and subsequent movements.
Manage and ensure accuracy of inventory of stocks in the warehouse.
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Manage product withdrawal from storage and delivery to customers, at the same time ensuring warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.
Perform physical activities: stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, and lift weights of up to 25-30 kilograms.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
Ensure warehouse quality, cleanliness adheres to GDSP & GWP.
Monitor the movement of stocks by adhering to FIFO and FEFO.
Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries.
Coordinate and report directly to W&L Supervisor regarding issues with operation for immediate action and disposition.
Dispose of damaged items, if needed.
Conduct physical cycle count of materials periodically or as scheduled.
Schedules of deliveries/transport vehicles and managing products delivery.
Interact with third-party logistics service providers.
Monitor good condition of all delivery vehicles and scheduling of maintenance, repair and annual LTO registration.
Organize files both manually and electronically.
Update service-level reports and provide analysis on findings.
Inform management of ongoing performance issues.
Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
Takes steps to avoid product quality issues.
Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, to keep costs down where possible.
Streamlines processes and maintains quality standard.
A graduate of any 4 years of course in Supply Chain or any business-related course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but having experience in Warehousing / Logistics is a plus factor.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge in applications including ERP, GDocs / GSheets and Rose Task Manager.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
