Utility Messenger

**JOB PURPOSE**:He is responsible performing general cleaning and minor maintenance duties. Also provide assistance to Operations Manager and ADMIN personnel as necessary.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties.2. Responsible in overall building repairs and maintenance.3. Assisting ADMIN and management personnel.4. Assisting Sales Executive in general errands, such as but not limited to, purchasing, bills payment, and bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents.5. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:a. At least High School Graduate.b. Experience as a utility worker and messenger.c. Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal work orders.d.
