Us Tax Supervisor

**Responsibilities**- Prepare complex tax returns, particularly large consolidated corporate income tax returns and multi-state returns for C Corporations, S Corporations and partnerships.- Preparing high net worth individual returns- Work closely with tax associate on all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients.- Review simple tax returns prepared by staff and make recommendations on return preparation regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunities.- Supervise, train, and mentor tax associates on tax projects and assess performance of staff.- Maintain primary contact with clients throughout the year; possess a thorough knowledge of the client and all facets of client's business- Participate in other tax administrative filings such as preparation of annual state reports, business renewal, state registrations, property tax and other administrative filings.- Participate in meetings and conference calls with the team and clients- Participate in other ad hoc tasks, as applicable**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required- Preferably with at least 3 years of US tax preparation experience- CPA, Enrolled Agent, and other certifications are not required but a plus- Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills- Attention to detail, strong critical thinking and leadership skills- Knowledge of various software programs such as Word, Excel and Adobe- Excellent technical and research skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php43,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Promotion to permanent employee- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:YesAbility to commute/relocate:- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- US Tax: 3 years (required)License/Certification:- CPA (required)
