Turnover Specialist**- Assist buyers in move-in processing including the release of turn-over documents- Handles all customer-related concerns and monitors if all are being addressed accordingly.- Ensures the quality of houses turned over to qualified clients.Job Qualifications:- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any Business-related courses.- A customer service background is an advantage but not required- With excellent writing and communication skills- Must be proficient in Microsoft office- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- No work experience required.
