• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma/ College
Undergraduate or a Bachelor's College Degree.
• Must have at least 1 year financial/ fraud/ dispute product
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Product Trainer in a
BPO set up.
• Strategic in developing solutions and process improvements.
• Strong english verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates should be amenable to work on a shifting schedules
( Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift)
• Applicants must be willing to work in our BGC, Taguig Site.
• Can start ASAP.
