Job Purpose and ImpactThe Communication and Training Specialist II will design and deliver training and communication to the operational teams and ensure that the introduction of new processes and procedures are communicated effectively. In this role, you will dive digitalization and innovative solutions which support the adoption of new procedures and working methods as well as create key learning and development processes across the designated enterprise, business or region. Key AccountabilitiesPrepare and translate created content into engaging communications and training materials for deployment at various locations and advise the business support teams on their delivery.Collaborates with the business or functional teams to understand existing and new training content and update as needed to ensure accurate materials are available.Provide training to the process standardization deployment leaders to enable efficient implementation of processes.Consult with business partners to develop key processes that support the regional learning and development curriculum and learner experience.Identify and partner with various internal teams to implement learning and development technology and drive continuous improvement related to these.Develop and produce reports to measure post learning knowledge, retention and behavioral outcomes and follows up with participants when necessary.Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years of related work experienceOther minimum qualifications may apply
