Position: Training Specialist Salary: Negotiable Location: Laguna Industry: Manufacturing Bread Company
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (8:00am – 5:30pm); Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Qualifications:
• Graduate of AB/ BS major in Psychology or graduate of any Behavioral Science
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in Training and Development
• Proficient in computer applications
• With good communication skills (oral/written)
• Result oriented and flexible in time schedules
• Candidates must be willing to work in Biñan Laguna
Responsibilities:
• Designs modules and conducts trainings
• Assists in the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Assists in the preparation of the Annual Training Plan and Budget
• Conducts Orientation for Newly Hired Employees (O.N.E)
• In charge of all training requests and other training related activities of all department
