Details of the offer

The Training and Development shall provide a specialist role in the employee development programs and initiatives of the company. Specific functions cover the training and development, onboarding, performance management and monitoring of employee movements within the organization. The position shall work closely with the General HR Manager in formulating and implementing HR improvement strategies within these functions and ensure compliance with ISO Quality Management System. Handles documentation and all administrative and coordination requirements in the performance of assigned duties.**Job Qualifications**:- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related field- At least 3 years of solid work experience in the HR area of employee development- Knowledge in competency-based assessment and training plan- Background in ISO: QMS is an advantage but not a requirement- Experience in policy development and process improvement is an advantage- Very good in both written and oral communication skills- Can handle and lead both an internal and external HR Audit- Data driven in report preparation- Excellent people relation skills- Excellent administrative skills in handling documentation and reports- Result-driven and lead time consciousSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- solid work experience in the HR area of employee development: 3 years (preferred)- Training and Development: 2 years (preferred)
