Responsibilities
• Coordinate activities to ensure project completion on time• Develop and administer pre- and post-training activities• Coordinate training programs for a specific audience• Schedule and coordinate training classes• Utilize adult learning principles for increased knowledge retention• Develop teaching aids and reference materials• Support tracking and communication of training initiatives• Ensure all levels are trained to meet or exceed performance standards• Confer with SMEs to understand changes in policies and technologies• Build and maintain effective relationships within the organization
Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in content development• Solid understanding of Training Life Cycle using ADDIE Principles• Excellent background in Data Analytics• Excellent English communication Skills• Experience in a BPO Setting• Experience with Genesys Tool is a plus• Experience dealing directly with Foreign Clients
