**The Role**:**Purpose & Accountabilities**:- Develop and Sustain the maintenance of the Web Request Tool (WRT) for use of F&E Operations Run and Maintain Process- Develop Low Cost Application (LCA) solutions for TAO operations processes based on requirement.- Subject Matter Expert in relation to various LCA functionalities and guide senior process data engineer in F&E to meet the expected outcome- Support other Senior Process Data engineers and Data engineers on technical issues and challenges- Develop a robust process and an effective back up system to sustain the run and maintain activity of all automation tools and WRT management- Liaise with the Senior Process Improvement Specialist, Senior Team Manager, GAME stakeholders, process SMEs to analyze the business processes for automation.- Analyze and develop suitable enhancements based on the Stakeholder requirements. Effectively prioritize the requests for automation development and challenge the need as appropriate.- Report on a monthly basis MI Pack for F&E Operations and Stakeholders using LCA available tools (Spotfire).- Maintain detailed technical design documentation for reference and troubleshooting of LCA/RPA tools- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder and project management skills.- Collaborate with the other data teams to provide expertise and support in the area of LCA/RPA.- Demonstrate Quality, Speed and Ownership while delivering the automation projects for F&E and follow the prescribed project management methodology.**Skills & requirements**:- 8+ years' experience in Shell including 5+ years specific experience with data management and virtual working experience.- Strong MS.NET, VBA, Access, SQL, Robotics Process Automation development working experience within a process or in a global development team- Good Programming knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access, Visual Basic, HTML, SharePoint and SQL/PL SQL- Working knowledge in ERP, Business Intelligence Tools, Client/Server scripting Languages, Cloud solution, (AWS, virtual desktop) would be added advantage- Strong Stakeholder and Project Management Skills- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions- Experiencing in leading a team of 2-5 members. Demonstrated ability to lead your associate engineering analysts on your team or on data projects.- Flexible and adaptable to change, with track record of demonstrating initiative, analytical capabilities and problem solving**Disclaimer
