I. QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in the theater/cinema industry
Applicants must be willing to work in Araneta Center,Cubao,Quezon City.
Preferably Manager specializing in the cinema/theater industry or equivalent.
Must be creative, and must possess strong analytical ability.
Only those with prior work experience in cinema/theater industry in managerial capacity will be considered
Full-Time position available.
II. BASIC FUNCTION
Is responsible for planning, implementing, directing and coordinating the profitable and efficient operations of theaters run by the company.
III. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Formulates and recommends theater operations and booking policies and strategies.2. Consolidates sales forecasts, and conducts a periodic analysis of actual sales performance by region, area and major booker.
3. Monitors daily sales of the theaters and prepares corresponding reports.4. Supervises the overall operations of the theaters.
5. Observes trends and suggests improvements in theater operations.6. Attends booking meetings of MMTA and GMTA circuits to study and plan film releases for the week and adjusts bookings accordingly.
7. Keeps harmonious relationships with MMTA and GMTA movie distributors.8. Previews MMTA and GMTA titles and discusses them with theater supervisors.
9. Initiates the preparation of the annual budget for theater operations and periodically reviews budget performance.
10. Coordinates with designated circuit booker on booking schedules for Uniprom Theaters.
11. Accepts cinema commercial placements for UI Theaters.12. Coordinates with respective Property Managers regarding any matter on lessor/lessee relationship.
13. Approves booking contracts with Metro Manila exhibitors outside of Araneta Center.14. Responsible for the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations, as well as the discipline, attendance, training and development of personnel under his supervision.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Executive Vice President.
