Job Description:
Objective: Meet territory sales objectives


Job Responsibilities: Search for local distributors and manage onboarding process Manage & support local distributors to meet yearly targets Perform provincial sales routing to acquire/retain new accounts Propose marketing programs to meet/augment sales objectives Monitor competitor activities Develop good working relationships with related institutions Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any course At least five (5) years’ experience as Sales or equivalent Currently or has been engaged in the Construction Supplies or Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry Proven track record Excellent leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills; speaking, listening and conflict resolution Good interpersonal skills; dealing or relating with other people Highly organized and has good attention to detail Can speak local dialect fluently
