Telemarketing Specialist/Telemarketer

Duties:identify prospects using directories and listings
Call on prospective clients

Influence and persuade prospective clients

Complete calls by recording/documenting calls to excel and access

Correspond via email with prospects

Send company information to prospective clients

Follow up on prospective clients

Update information on excel and access as needed

Keep accurate information in database

Maintain phone equipment and computers

Other office duties

Qualifications:At least 2 years telemarketing experience

College Or at least a Vocational Certificate

Excellent computer skills

Knowledgeable of Excel, Access and office programs
