Job Description:
The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support Sales Associates. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. An enthusiastic, dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential! Responsibilities are listed down below:


Conduct research to identify potential prospects. Conduct needs analysis and determines prospects pain points to determine how Ninja Van solutions will match to those needs. Develop and grow Sales prospects lists to ensure a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets Telemarketing and email marketing for the inbound inquiries from website Follow-up on leads and move opportunities to a business volume in the future Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is relevant and accurate. Manage database of prospects to aid sales in building sales pipeline. Can handle direct onboarding of clients on Ninja Dash Reporting directly to Head of Sales and Business Development Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 1-2 years working experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Experience with ZenDesk, MS Dynamics, or another CRM Software a plus. Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
