Telemarketer

Performs call-outs to clients to offer service to existing customers and prospect leads.
Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers and give them after-sales supports when requested.
Secure clear agreements from customers and take payment information and other pertinent information.
Process customer’s order by completing end-to-end application process.
Contributing to the team’s revenue target.
Meeting sales targets and key performance metrics.
Promote and sell products or services to customers.
Follow sales scripts and adjust to better target the needs and interests of specific customers.
Experience handling a Singaporean account is preferred.
Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing (Experience in Customer Service, Sales and Order and Collection is a plus!).
Experience in business to business sales preferred but not required.
Competent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be computer literate and keen attention to details.
Amendable to work in BGC, Taguig
