Our Perfect Match:Able to finish at least 2 years in College
At least 2yrs BPO inbound voice/email/chat experience in handling international account in a technical support environment
Amenable to shifting schedule
Amenable to work in Valero, Makati

Provide Level 1 Technical Support to Client’s B2B customers via phone and/or email
Assist with products or application related inquiries
Support Client’s B2B customers (POS users, hotels, parking)
Help identify and initiate corrective action
Redirect/escalate issues to appropriate resource
Develop and maintain positive customer relations
