Technical Support Representative Job Summary: A Technical Support representative is responsible for providing technical assistance and answers to users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with any concerns related to a product you sell.

Research historical data related to previous customer calls / tickets.   Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries in an outstanding professional manner.   Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer's situation prior to making outbound calls Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market What we're looking for: Amendable to work on graveyard shift & shifting schedule Willing to work in Naga Site At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)  Advance computer knowledge   Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer   Strong and Outstanding interpersonal skills   Call Center experience or Tech related experience (preferred)  A Glimpse of what awaits you: Earn as much as Php 16,800 basic + 2,200 non-tax allowance + Quarterly Salary Increase*  Hybrid or Work from Home* (performance-based arrangements are made after probationary period) HMO with 2 FREE Dependents  10 Vacation Leaves and 10 Sick Leaves (unused SL convertible to cash)  Life and Accident Insurance – Day 1  Optical, Medicine, and Mental Health Reimbursement  6 Months Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave with Cash Assistance   And MORE!
